VAER, formerly known as Wair, is a textile upcycling start-up on a mission to make fashion waste-free. We do this by developing a model that enables textile upcycling to become scalable and use this to produce upcycled fashion items.
In 2019, we launched our first product, upcycled sneakers made from discarded jeans and workwear. As we keep developing new upcycled fashion products, we will continuously iterate and perfect our upcycling model, which means that we also can show the way forward for other fashion brands to upcycle their discarded textiles.
